What we’re about

Our focus is simple: to deliver specialist accounting and tax support for property investors and growing businesses who take their business seriously. We don’t believe in generic advice or reactive compliance. We believe in structured, forward-looking support that protects returns and supports long-term wealth creation.

We provide all the services you’d expect from a complete accounting service, in addition to Property Tax Planning and Structuring & Wealth Planning. Our clients range from those building their first portfolio to experienced directors managing complex property businesses, all choosing Avisio for our clarity, reliability, and confidence that their affairs are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

Our beliefs & impact

We believe in using our success to create life changing opportunities for people in poverty, empowering them, and helping them to better their lives. We plan to achieve this by donating 5% of our profits each year to charitable educational initiatives, and through other charitable sponsorships, helping those less fortunate.

Meet our Leadership Team

Fauzia (BSc CA)

Consultant

Fauzia is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant who graduated in Accounting for Management at Aston University and joined Avisio in 2025. She qualified with one of the “Big 4” Accounting firms and spent several years there working in audit and Tax. Fauzia is passionate about working closely with clients to help them better understand the complicated world of tax, and to deliver the most efficient financial outcomes for them.

Staying fit and spending time at the gym is something Fauzia loves to do regularly. She is also a member of a running club. Taking part in various 5k and 10k races across London has enabled her to not only meet her fitness goals, but also her fundraising goals in helping charity’s close to her heart.

Salmaan (ACCA MAAT)

Founder & Consultant

Salmaan is an ACCA and AAT qualified Chartered Accountant and the founder of Avisio, which he established in 2023.

During his time working within regional professional services firms across the UK, Salmaan developed a particular passion for property and the long-term generational impact it can create. He is driven by the idea of building lasting wealth — for himself and for his clients — through well-structured, well-advised property strategies. This focus naturally fuels his commitment to continuous learning, ensuring his advice remains practical, informed, and directly relevant to the clients he serves.

Salmaan has always been passionate about charitable work and giving back to the community, as well as helping those less fortunate further afield. This has led him to places like the historic town of Elmina, Ghana, where he partnered and worked with a local charity in Africa.

In his spare time, Salmaan likes to watch property related shows on TV, hit the gym, or go running. He is also an avid fan of UFC.
