Salmaan is an ACCA and AAT qualified Chartered Accountant and the founder of Avisio, which he established in 2023, bringing with him valuable experience gained within regional professional services firms across the UK.
His passion for building lasting wealth and legacy comes from his Memon community roots — a culture where creating a better future for the next generation is ingrained from an early age. Growing up watching elders work extra shifts and save every penny, purely so their children could have a better life than they did, shaped how Salmaan thinks about wealth: not just as numbers, but as something built deliberately, for the people who come after you. This is what drives his commitment to helping clients structure their finances with the same intention — building something that lasts, not just managing what’s there.
Salmaan has always been passionate about charitable work and giving back to the community, as well as helping those less fortunate further afield. This has led him to places like the historic town of Elmina, Ghana, where he partnered and worked with a local charity in Africa.
In his spare time, Salmaan likes to watch travel shows on TV, hit the gym, or take his boat out in the summer. He is also an avid fan of UFC.
Fauzia is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant who graduated in Accounting for Management at Aston University and joined Avisio in 2025. She qualified with one of the “Big 4” Accounting firms and spent several years there working in audit and Tax. Fauzia is passionate about working closely with clients to help them better understand the complicated world of tax, and to deliver the most efficient financial outcomes for them.
Staying fit and spending time at the gym is something Fauzia loves to do regularly. She is also a member of a running club. Taking part in various 5k and 10k races across London has enabled her to not only meet her fitness goals, but also her fundraising goals in helping charity’s close to her heart.
We believe in using our success to create life changing opportunities for people in poverty, empowering them, and helping them to better their lives. We plan to achieve this by donating 5% of our profits each year to charitable educational initiatives, and through other charitable sponsorships, helping those less fortunate.
